It comprises Revival of Infrastructure and Governance in Schools of Ahmedabad through adoption of schools by philanthropists. Development of Civic Affairs Module for young citizens of Ahmedabad With an aim to encourage volunteering among youth, ACF has developed this module that will create awareness about the various problems of our country, sensitize the youth towards these and encourage volunteering. Under this program various resource people of the country will be invited to talk about their experiences to college students.
It is being conducted in 14 schools that are located in communally sensitive areas of the city. Most of the schools have children belonging to the Hindu community. A few schools have been specifically chosen in Juhapura (where most of the Muslims reside in Ahmedabad) area so that when common programmes are conducted under Anubandh Shala, the children from different religious communities get an opportunity to interact
